The function of the wall vibrator in the vibrating screen

1. Prevent and eliminate the "blocking" and "tower arch" phenomenon caused by the internal friction, deliquescence, electrification and composition segregation of materials in various silos, so as to ensure the smooth discharge of materials from the silo mouth and stable feeding;
2. It is used to remove all kinds of warehouse wall and pipe bonding materials;
3. It can also be used as a vibration source to output feeder, vibration conveyor, vibration funnel, vibration chute, etc.   

Model selection description
The wall vibrator should be selected according to the shape and material characteristics of the silo. For example, the cone-shaped silo can choose the silo with larger vibration force because of its high surface rigidity; the cone-shaped silo can choose the silo with smaller vibration force.

If the effect of single unit is not good, two or more units can be assembled, or the wall vibrator can be directly connected with the actuator in the silo to improve the use effect.
